Known for building high-growth ventures, he excels at turning bold ideas into scalable, profitable businesses.
As President & CEO of International Panaacea Limited, a $400M biotechnology company, Surajj led rapid international expansion, entering five new countries. He drove profitability within 18 months, boosted annual growth to 30%, and secured major clients like Dabur, PepsiCo, and Marico—while shaping policy and innovation in organic agriculture.
In entertainment, he co-founded 200NotOut Cinemas, launching a record-breaking INR 600M docu-drama featuring an international sports icon. The project doubled its investment, earning over INR 1200M globally and establishing a reputation for content with commercial and global appeal. He is also the Co-Founder of Famos Cine Equipmentss, a leading provider of lighting and equipment rental services. Under his leadership, the company has grown 5x to become one of the most recognized and trusted names in the industry.
Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of Focus Infomatics Inc., Surajj built ITES and BPO businesses across India, the U.S., and Sri Lanka. He scaled operations in medical transcription, medical billing, call centers, and international nursing, and successfully restructured its software division.
